Old Frieds and New Friends

So before the trip to Alaska, we did spend some good times with some of our old friends too. We got to visit Marc and Mary, and their two girls Leah and Sydney in their new home in Battle Ground. They just moved out of my grandparent's old farmhouse into a beautiful new place that they are going to have lots of fun tearing down walls and putting up new ones. Dave & Amy and their two girls Julia and Sophia were also around and all the girls loved having "Krissy" home again.

I was seriously having camera difficulties while we were in Washington, as I forgot my camera the night I got to go to Alysun's baby shower in Dallas and spend a night with her family in Monmouth. I had planned my trip a little longer than Kris's to be around for when Alysun's baby was born, but Mandy decided to come a few days after I returned to Nashville. Also we got to visit my old friend Hillary and her 6 month old son Keagan, who really is adorable. Again, I forgot my camera, and really missed out on some good pictures.

Last month, our friends Aaron & Ashley moved into the neighborhood around the corner from us. Our friends Leslie and Benji, who live behind us, were already friends with Aaron & Ashley before moving to the neighborhood. Kris and I have joined a bible study/small group that meets and Aaron & Ashley's that we are very excited about. Kris and Benji were showing off their tennis abilities on Wii. me, Ashley and Leslie
